However, the county in Colorado with the most residents of Italian descent is neither Pueblo nor Denver counties, but rather Las Animas County.

Las Animas County's biggest distinction is the fact that it's home to the city of Trinidad, Colorado. With a notable presence on the state's New Mexico border, Las Animas County is also the largest in area of all of Colorado's counties.
