If you've lived in Colorado long enough, you probably remember when possessing and/or consuming marijuana was illegal for adults. However, that little technicality didn't stop pot enthusiasts from not only imbibing, but many would celebrate en masse on the unofficial marijuana "holiday," April 20th.

Times were much different then, as not only were participants in the annual 4/20 festival breaking the law simply for being there, but police would even go as far as to take photos of attendees, encouraging anyone who recognized anyone caught on camera to narc them out.

However, since the prohibition of cannabis was abolished in Colorado, the annual Mile High 420 Festival has become much more official, and later this month, some heavy hitters in the entertainment industry will be in attendance to help celebrate the occasion.

Colorado's Mile High 420 Festival Returns with a Stacked Lineup in 2025

This year's Mile High 420 Festival will once again be taking place in Civic Center Park just outside the Colorado Capitol Building on April 20, 2025.

The festival will feature vendors and live entertainment with a pause at 4:20 p.m. to ramp up the celebration, much like in years past.

Since marijuana was legalized for recreational use in Colorado, big-name celebrities have made special appearances, and this year's festival will be no different.

Some of the performers at this year's Mile High 420 Festival will include Cordae, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, Conway the Machine, Kaliii, Na-Kel Smith, Souls of Mischief, and the event will be hosted by none other than Tommy Chong of Cheech and Chong and That 70's Show fame.
